Advantage

·         It is often easy for people to stay in contact.

·         E-mail it is quick, forms of communication.

·         You can attachments to an e-mail.

·         Every e-mail is cheaper than using the phone.

·         It can be sent to lots people or just to one person, at the same time.

Disadvantage

·         You need the internet to be able to send e-mails.

·         Viruses can be attached to e-mails if you don’t know the sender.

·         Phishing when they say that they want you bank details so they can spent your money.

·         You may have to deal with a lot of junk mail.

Treat 

·         People who don’t know how to use ICT may be at a disadvantage.

·         Virus can damage your system.

·         ID fraud may destroy your life.

·         Technology can impact on people staying isolated, instead of meeting with friends, family and work colleagues they may just e-mail.

·         Remove social contact, no eye to eye contact.
